Night College

  • R250 pp or R400 per couple.

  • The courses are set in 3 semester blocks broken up into weekly classes (Monday and or Wednesday evenings), which are spread over a 6 to 8 week semester. Each week you are required to attend lectures and complete the necessary assignments on Google Classroom. This can vary from reading assignments, workbooks (if applicable) discussion questions & special projects. Each course has it's own specific requirements.

  • Some courses require textbooks. These will be listed in each course's lesson plan which you receive upon registration.

We advise students to purchase and plan ahead to order textbooks as e-books or to source them from various bookstores or online platforms. Some manuals and workbooks are available immediately and sent to you in a downloadable pdf format.

  • Each class runs for two hours with a short break between session 1 and session 2. Times are generally 6.30pm to 8.30pm. There are 3 semesters comprised of 6 to 8 weeks per semester, course dependent.

  • All information is loaded into Google Classroom, and you are able to contact your lecturer there by email or chat with them in person at the night college classes.

  • You will be invited on email to Google Classroom where all communication and updates are provided.

  • If you cannot attend the classes, you can donate your fees to First Worship College of Ministries to sponsor another student. Refunds are not applicable.

  • You can still be part of the Google Classroom content as notes and information are loaded there, but sadly, you will miss out on lectures. The course may go online a few semesters later for you to watch.

  • If you want to participate in the assignments and homework, you will receive all grading on Google Classroom. After passing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion for each course.

  • Classes are held at New Covenant Church Bryanston, 54 Hornbill Road, Bryanston. The courses are either a Monday or Wednesday evening in room 101 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm or thereabouts.
